About the lunchtime buffet Our 'eat as much as you like' buffet has a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. There is a selection of dips / chutnies, salad, starters, main courses and a freshly prepared sweet of the day. Dishes are cooked fresh throughout our luncheon service. Recipes change daily to keep the menu interesting and fresh for our loyal buffet customers. Our buffet is ideal for a business lunch or office party. The buffet is also well suited for family parties looking for high quality Indian food at lunch time in Southampton. Children welcome. |

Review:
''Really lovely, friendly South Indian restaurant with imaginative menu' - "This is a really lovely restaurant with a superb and imaginative vegetarian menu. All the food is really well prepared and cooked, and is much more varied and interesting that at other Indian restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere." - Vikki (November 2011)

'A modest upstairs restaurant, convivial Namaste Kerala is a good bet for vibrantly flavoured South Indian cooking. There's a fascinating vegetarian selection- maybe a parippu vada (crunchy lentil patties) followed by vendakka (tamarind-spiced okra) or pineapple pachadi- plus a strong selection of Keralan seafood: try the "home-style" king fish with green mango or koonthal ulathiyathu (baby squid with ginger, tomato and roasted coconut). Kormas and dhansaks please the curry-house brigade and the handmade breads are good, too. Wines from £12.95.'
